You can permanently delete your Ready2Roam account and all associated data at any time, whether you're planning your next caravan adventure, motorhome trip, RV journey, or embracing the VanLife. Please read the information below before proceeding.
1. Open Ready2Roam Launch the app and sign in to the account you want to delete, whether you're planning a trip in your caravan, motorhome, or RV.
2. Navigate to Account Settings Go to your account settings within the app: Profile → Account Settings
3. Tap "Delete Account" Scroll to the bottom of Account Settings and tap the Delete Account button, especially if you're looking to streamline your vanlife experience.
4. Confirm your identity For security, you'll be asked to re-authenticate. Depending on how you signed up, this means re-entering your password or completing Apple / Google sign-in.
5. Confirm deletion Review the confirmation dialog and tap Delete to proceed. Your account and all data will be removed immediately, making it easier for you to focus on your travel adventures.
Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone, affecting your travel plans with your Caravan, Motorhome, or RV. The following data is removed: Your Firebase authentication account and credentials, all cloud-synced data (trips, expenses, income, budgets, vehicle profiles, baseline profiles, trip plans, saved routes related to your VanLife), any uploaded profile photos or receipt images, cloud sync metadata and backup history, all local app data on the device you delete from, and saved preferences, coach marks, and onboarding state.
⚠️ Deleting your account does NOT cancel your subscription.
Ready2Roam subscriptions for your caravan, motorhome, or RV adventures are managed by the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. If you have an active Explorer or Nomad Pro subscription, you must cancel it separately to avoid continued charges while enjoying your VanLife.
Cancel your subscription before or after deleting your account:
iOS: Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions → Ready2Roam → Cancel
Android: Play Store → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → Ready2Roam → Cancel
When you delete your account, all identifiable data is removed from our servers immediately. However, anonymised, aggregated analytics data related to Caravan, Motorhome, RV, Travel, and VanLife, such as feature usage counts and crash reports, may be retained as it cannot be linked back to you. We do not retain any financial figures, personal details, or trip information after account deletion.
If you're unable to sign in or access the app to delete your account related to your caravan, motorhome, or RV travels, you can request account deletion by email. Send your request from the email address associated with your Ready2Roam account to: support@ready2roam.com.au. Please include 'Account Deletion Request' in the subject line. We will verify your identity and process the deletion within 30 days in accordance with the Australian Privacy Principles, ensuring your VanLife experience remains secure.
